What is a mandala? There is no simple definition which fully encompasses the full meaning of Mandalas. These circular, symbolic pictures seem to resonate with our personal search for well being, connection and healing.
Every line, shape, image and colour is significant in expressing our individual journey towards wholeness. Guided by our intuitive, creative self we enter a safe space within the arms of a circle where we can feel, be real and heal. Making a mandala is discovering what you did not know what you know or even what you can create. It is about revealing, becoming aware, integrating and finding connections.
Ancient yet modern mandala art is an interesting and effective way to communicate feelings, ideas, emotions and tells our story.
A picture is worth a thousand words.
Anyone can make a mandala.
Re-treat yourself to time with you.
